Transmission failed

hai guys..

When sending any file..

I am getting this exception..

mec_as2-1132924459968-77914@mycompanyAS2_mendelsontestAS2: Transmission failed, remote AS2 server reports "Not Found". [6:44:20 PM] mec_as2-1132924459968-77914@mycompanyAS2_mendelsontestAS2: HTTP 404 [6:44:20 PM] mec_as2-1132924459968-77914@mycompanyAS2_mendelsontestAS2: Message payload stored to "C:\Documents and Settings\Vibrate\Desktop\AS2_V11\messages\mendelsontest\error\AS2Message1448.as2".

Can u plz resolve this.
