we have released a new version of m-e-c as2.
Features/changes:
* New preferences GUI
* The transaction overview contains a new filter to filter for partner
* A new refresh toggle button prevents GUI refresh from the server. If you press it the log will no longer scroll and you could work on it
* New email notification: Its now possible to be notified by email if a transaction fails. Its also possible to be notified if a certificate will expire or has been expired. The mail templates could be modified.
* The send directory has now subdirectories with dates.
* Added a replacement engine to as2 message subjects
* HTTP request timeout could be set in the preferences
* Its possible to add comments to partners now in the partner management GUI
We also improved the compatibility with some other AS2 servers. If you have compatibility issues please try this release.

Any suggestions on how to upgrade a system? I would imagine you run the installer over the existing set up.
I did an install over the existing install and it worked fine. The only thing is that the certificate store got overwritten and I had to copy it back from my backup.

yes, to update the system it's enough to run the installer. Database changes for the new version are made by an integrated database updater. And you are right, backing up the keystores certificates.p12 and jetty/etc/keystore should be done to copy them back after update.

I don't have an installation of mec as2 on my system, is there a list of jars I will need to compile the build 23 source code?
Is there somewhere I can download the jar collection that I will need?

Please install the version using the windows installer, all jars are included. You could also download the zip file, it includes also all jars.

I want to create a project in netbeans, what jars do I have to import for b23 of the software? I need to import the required jars to compile the application.
download the zip and use the jars the jlib folder.
