Database access by ODBC

Hello Mendelson comunity,

I am new in this comunity and I am not very familiar in Java programming world.
I would like to know if there is a way to access to the database to make some SQL requests on "transmission log" table through ODBC driver.
I installed ODBC driver, but I need to inform "database name", "port"...
Where can I find these informations ?
Thanks In advance.

Infonext,

It's a JDBC database. If you like to access it using ODBC: There exists a ODBC-JDBC bridge. Not sure how it works but you could have a look into that direction.

Thanks you for your quick reply.
ON HSQLDB website, I found an ODBC driver and installed it. Seems to work, but I don't know the database name to connect.
Best regards
