Found the following (small) bug in b25. If you are setting up multiple localstations. When you click on "New" and the tabs disappear from the top.
The MDN tab is still with the content with the pictures about MDN type. If you click OK and then edit the MDN tab you'll see the content in the tab is now the MDN URL one.

I hope I understand the problem right.
In my opinion this is no bug.
If you setup a partner as local station it is not possible to request sync/async MDN for it (you will not send to a local station, you _are_ the local station). Instead it is required to setup a MDN address. That is why the content of the MDN tab changes if you click onto the checkbox "localstation".

Its a difficult one to explain. Let me explain it like this..
Start b25.
click "partner"
click "new"
New partner definition tab appears. click on MDN you'll see the tab has two pictures for MDN type (async/sync) and checkbox for signed MDN.
Now go back to "Misc" tab. check the "local" checkbox. some tabs disappear. Click back on MDN tab and notice its still the "picture" content.
Click "OK" to save this new local station.
Now go back to "partner" and click on this new partner, then click on the "MDN" tab and you will see that the tab has only thing in there a "MDN URL" txt input field.
