And if i may ask where would i find the documentation for m-e-c AS2? The files that i am able to download from sourceforge.net is compiled classes and not the source code if you could maybe provide me with a link.

please have a look at the cvs at sourceforge.net for the source. This could be browsed at

http://mec-as2.cvs.sourceforge.net/mec-as2/

The documentation could be found as online help in the client of the installed product.
