Hi.
During our as2 implementation tests against the mec server we encountered some strange things. Sending binaries to the mec server in variations (plain, signature, encryption, signature+encryption) works perfectly including mic generation and decrypt/verify on mec side. The files that will be saved in the inbox folder of the receiving partner (mec) are almost identical to the files sent as well. Just almost, because when we use the plain/encryption mode (without signature) it happens that the saved file does not only contain the file sent, but also some parts of the mime headers e.g.:
Content-Transfer-Encoding
Content-Type
Any known problems with b25 or a problem on our side?
vguna,
We checked this. It seems as if there is a problem with encypted, unsigned transfer. It contains boundaries and headers on the receiver side. We will fix this for the next release. Thanks for this bug report.

Ah, ok. Spent yesterday to find the bug on our side :). Please check text transfers as well (text/plain). We encountered similar issues there.
BTW: is a snapshot with current fixes available so we can go on with the implementation/tests?

Oh, we are sorry for this!

No, its not available. But the next release will come soon, anyway we have no release date so far. We will update the mendelson as2 test server with the code, it will be in build 72. Is it possible to use the mendelson as2 test server for your test while you are awaiting the new release of m-e-c as2? Please have a view on the link section of this portal or http://www.mec-as2.org to check on how to access the test server.

Don't bother, we don't pay for the software so it can have bugs :). BTW: nice work you've done with it!

Actually, this won't help too much, because we don't have access to the files that will be placed in the inboxes - do we?

You can access them, it's an other interface than the actual m-e-c as2 interface.
