AS2 Ids containing spaces must be double-quoted

Hi,

Just another nitpick: if a partner's AS2 id contains spaces, then it must be double-quoted when is used in AS2-From and AS2-To headers.(RFC 4130 - section 6.2)

just as a feedback, this has been implemented in the codebase, also escaping of double quotes in the AS2 id.
