Issue with Mendelson MDN generation
Hello,
i am using Mendelson AS2 solution in order to test some AS2 components (Eldos and /nsoftware), but i can not send message correctly to Mendelson AS2 server, i have always an message error when Mendelson server generate MDN error about index and size to 0.

I setup to the minimal security requirements from the 2 sides no signing no encrypting the message and no MDN ask or MDN ask without signing. But i have always this error with the 2 others products test (as sender).
I have check in the message post on the forum but did not found a similar error.
I work on a VM (VMWARE) with XP professionnal SP3 because i try to install Mendelson on Windows 7 but did not work. If you have some tips to install Mendelson on Windows 7 i am interesting too.
Could you have a look on my issue ?

i am sorry but the error describes previously is not the same as describes by Heller. In fact i have 2 kind of errors in my case,
one with "error value digest failed" during processing MDN and
another always while the MDN is generating "MDN created, state set to [processed/error: unexpected-processing-error].

I have use your file as2.jar patched in my Mendelson server
your patched file correct the first error i have no digest value mismatch anymore, it's alright.
However i have always an error occurs when the Mendelson server generates the MDN with message error idx=0 and size=0.
This kind of error appears when i setup no signing and no encrypting messages send (whatever is the MDN setup without, with unsigned MDN and with MDN signed) and in the case where i setup only encrypting capability and whatever is the setup for the MDN.
