Error when encrypting a message

Hello,
I keep getting this error when trying to send any kind of file to any kind of partner, with message encryption 3DES with every key I try with:

[6:22:05 PM] Error processing the file "Img047.jpg" for the receiver "mendelsontest": "key invalid in message.".

The funny thing is that it only happens when I use the application installed from install_mec_as2_1.0b9.zip. When I use the install_mec_as2_1.0b9.exe version it works fine...!

Can you help?

It looks as if you have forgotten to patch the JRE with the "Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 5.0", found at http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
