HTTP authentication not working?

Hi,

I'm using Mendelson opensource 1.1 build 31

I have defined the HTTP authentication username and password on the profile of the partner I'm sending AS2 data to, but when I snif the HTTP request (using Apache tcpmon for example) that is sent to the partner, I don't see the HTTP authentication headers in the HTTP header of the request. So it seems the HTTP authentication parameters are not used?

The AS2 server I'm trying to send data to requires HTTP authentication and therefore I can't send any AS2 data to it using Mendelson OpenSource.

The AS2 server I'm trying to connect to sends back an HTTP 401 with an WWW-Authenticate HTTP header field to indicate that authentication is required, but Mendelson doesn't seem to handle this correctly?

Is this a known issue?
