We currently face few cases that our as2 transactions are green, but we still receive error notification emails like below, and we're not able to define where went wrong.
Could you help out?
We're using b31 on windows 2003

Build 31 is very old. Any reason not to update to current build 37?
we're planning to do upgrade recently, any documentation for the upgrade?
we're thinking if it's due to that tons of transactions coming in at the same time (like 20 transactions) and some of them are not able to reply the http response to partner immediately which resulted in this. Not sure yet.

to update the AS2 server please make a backup of the installation, then simply run the installer over the existing installation.

I have the same problem with my partner OBI. They are the only one using ASYNC MDN. Maybe the problem is related to this.
