Error while decrypting the message in Cyclone AS2

Hi,

I've tried sending an XML file to Cyclone AS2 server. Cyclone could very well receive the message but couldn't parse the message. It fails while decrypting. Here is the Error Message "Unable to get SignerInfo at index 0 from set of 0 SignerInfos". I know it's some thing to do with the Certificate that I sent to them. I don't know exactly what? Can any one help me?

Thanks in Advance!

antonynirmal,

In my opinion it's a problem with the signature.
I would like to have a look on how Cyclone AS2 expects the signatures to be. Could you please send me a AS2 message signed by Cyclone AS2 and a matching public key?
You could also send a message to our test server, send me the certificate of the sender (sh at mendelson dot de) and send me the date and time of your send process.

Thank you
Regards
Heller

Heller,

I've passed one hurdle... Generating certificate as Head Type with Export Type PKCS #7, Cyclone successfully imported the certificate, I've tried sending again this the MDN have got. Any inputs please.

Nirmal,

the Cyclone AS2 seems not to be able to find the certificate for the key you used to encrypt messages with at the m-e-c as2 system. Could you please verify that you have set it up proper? Is there any error message on the Cyclone AS2 system? Are there two different keystores for signing messages and encrypting messages and you have set up only the signing keystore?

Nirmal,

Just for compatibility reasons:
That means there are no problems to exchange as2 messages between m-e-c as2 and Cyclone AS2? Or are there any issues?

Nirmal,

It looks like a connection problem to the remote server. Have you set up the right URL of the remote AS2 server in the m-e-c as2 partner settings? Is the remote server running, is anything blocked by a firewall?

I'm currently generating a keypair using Portecle and certificate with Export type: Certificate Chain and Export type PKCS #7.

Here is the setting info what Cyclone is having... Do i need to make any change while generating the certificate?

Encrypt Documents: Yes
Sign Documents: Yes
Request Acknowledgement: Yes, synchronous preferred
Signed Acknowledgement: Yes
Message Digest: SHA1
Encryption: TripleDES
Key Length: 168
Compression: none

Nirmal,

sorry I cannot help you at this point, I don't know Cyclone AS2.
Is any Cyclone AS2 user reading this who could help Nirmal?
